What is LBD?

LBD means Last billing date. This is visible in Item view. You can check the Stock of your requirement and Deselect the remaining ones so you can check particular item, so through this you can check movement of item and take actions accordingly.
You can also Sort items as per LBD through which you can take decisions and liquedate items accordingly

How to use global filter in item view?

In Global filter you can select multiple things together.
You can drill down to details of any item / category as per the selected variables. For any particular brand, to any particular category in respective to sales done by any sales person can be seen. This analytics help to take the further decisions for sales.
Also, Negate filter can be used if you dont want to see particular any variable and details of that wont be visible on the dashboard.
You can apply multiple things and variables in global filter.

How to check the ageing stock?

Ageing stock can be viewed in Item view.
You can check by selecting the Tile under Ageing and the dashboard changes as per that. The stock which is purchased but has not moved since that particular time, will be shown.
Also, Incase if you want to see for 2 or more than 2 time period you can select those tiles together and the data will be visible.
Last tile will show stock for more than 180 days with sales & average. This will help to liquidate the stocks and take the further decision based on this Analytics. Check Video here

What is Paid, Over, Under and Dormant Stock

In Item view, you can view this tiles under stock status.
Dormant means that since last 40 days, there is no movement of this stock. So once you click on Dormant Tile, the dashboard will show the list of all dormant stocks. You can scroll below and check all details with Quantity as per brand, Category, etc.
Also you can check Average of that stock and Sales too.
Also this definition of 40 days can be changed as per your requirement from Settings.
Over stock means that for more than 20 days and Under Stock means that less than 15 days stocks have not moved.
Through this you can manage your inventory and than you can plan Purchase accordingly and also if stock has not moved for long period of time than you can push the sales for the same and take actions accordingly.
Also this definition of 20 days & 15 days can be changed as per your requirement from Settings.
Paid Stock means that you have paid the amount to supplier and the stock is lying in Warehouse. So as per these further decisions can be made.
If you scroll to any particular item you can get the details for when the sales for made to which customer at what price and also at what amount.
Not only these but you can view combinations too like Dormant stock with Ageing period.

How can I see sales detail for any stock item?

In Item view you can check Stock and Sales details together.
To review your stock items, click on any one category and you can see when last sale was made, to whom and also at what price, Alike this, you can check for all items individually, all categories and all Brands.
This will help you to take actions for liquidating the stocks.

How to Change Default settings in Item View?

To change any default settings –
you can select Setting icons beside name of each view.
