Why there are 2 figures in Receivable and Payables?

In Snap view, Receivable and payable have 2 figures which shows Total Outstanding and Overdue Outstanding. You can click on any Brand / Category and check the Receivable and Payable for that particular Brand / Category.
Also, if you click on Receivable tile, you can get list of all receivables in Percentage, Due and Over Due.
Alike that, Also, if you click on Payables tile, you can get list of all Payables in Percentage, Due and Over Due.

What if I want to change the elements in snap view?

In snap view, you can change the element as per your requirement.
You can use drop down menu and the details will change as per your selection.
You can save this Selection for future reference as per your requirement.
If any one particular variable is selected then it wont reflect again in the drop down, so one variable can only be selected once. Check Video here

How to use global filter?

In Global filter you can select multiple things together.
You can drill down to details of any item / category as per the selected variables. For any particular brand, to any particular category in respective to sales done by any sales person can be seen. This analytics help to take the further decisions for sales.
Also, Negate filter can be used if you dont want to see particular any variable and details of that wont be visible on the dashboard.

Is my Data Live?

Time icon in the upper right corner will show you at which time and on which data lastly your data was Synced. As time defined by your system, it will automatically sync the data on that interval period of time. Check Video here

How to see previous months or quarter sales?

Besides global filter, on Right side you can see calendar Tab and you can select any Quarter or month you want to review, and accordingly the whole dashboard changes to the selected time period.
Also if you want to check for any particular period, then you can select date and your dashboard will change accordingly. Check Video here

How to see details of any product?

To check the details of any product, you can click on any brand, product, or category you want to review. Just with a click whole dashboard changes to the selected brand, product or category. Also, you can check for the particular customer or city also.
All the details can be visualized in Value and Quantity both. Check Video here

How to review target vs achievement?

To review target or achievement of any sales person for any brand can be done through global filter. Select the name of any sales person you want to review from global filter and after that select any brand name from chart. So now dashboard is changed for this 2 particular variables.
Similarly, Scroll down and you can also check for customers, for Target and achievement.
If you want to check for any brand, select the brand name from global filter and the dashboard changes accordingly. Check Video here

How to change type of chart?

You can change that from the icon given on right side beside the name of variable. You can change it to Graph, Tabular, Pie chart, etc.
For all the elements you can check the data as per your convenient type of chart.
You can save chart settings from the Save icon besides the Element Name box.

How to change Default settings?

To change any default settings –
you can select Setting icons beside name of each view.
For few common default settings you can go to Settings > User Settings > App Settings. For more details you can Check Video here

What is the use of tiles?

1: If you click on the tile of Yesterday, you can see previous week data of Sales, Purchase, Receipt, etc
2: If you click on Current sales, Week wise sales data can be seen.
3: Click on stock tile and you can easily see the data of stock in category and sales for that category for current month.
4: If you click on Recievables, you can get the details for all the Customers and you can also click on the name of particular customer and check the outstanding bill amount.
Also, you can change the tiles as per your requirement from settings option.

How can I see Quantity and Taxless Values?

V stands for value and Q stand for Quantity on Dashboard.
If you click on Q the whole dashboard changes to Quantity and so all items will be visible as per Quantity basis.
Similarly for V this is Taxpaid value but you can go to Settings – User Settings – App Settings – Value- Select Taxless
Now you can view your dashboard for Taxless Values too.
